Our brand new Kickstart Program is designed to get you up to speed and “on the inside” of everything we do! Utilizing the Level Method as it’s foundation, it is the perfect beginners class.
The very first thing you should know is exactly what the Level Method IS, how it works, and why you should care, so let’s jump in!
What Is The Level Method?

The MAP is the big colorful poster in the gym. “MAP” stands for Method of Athletic Progression and has 15 Categories down the left side, and 23 progressive steps from left to right.
It gives you a BIG PICTURE of fitness. It can be a little overwhelming at first, but once you understand it, it will make things way easier.
It shows you a path to discover your strengths and weaknesses, and it allows you to get better faster, work on your weaknesses, and most importantly, allows us to give you workouts designed exactly for you in class.
Workouts Specific To You
Because of the MAP, we can find your level. Once we have your level we are able to give you workouts that are customized totally to YOU.
You can’t find this anywhere else in the world. The Level Method is built on literally thousands of hours of data and research (we’ll talk about that in a second).
Level based workouts are important and extremely valuable because they give you a 5 HUGE advantages:

Why is The Level Method important?
Fitness Can Be Dangerous

It’s like trying to jump into a PhD level math class (or finding yourself in one) before the basics have been learned. Worse, some coaches don’t have the expertise to guide their clients, so the problems compound.
This was a serious issue up until the Level Method was developed. Sure, if someone refuses to listen or follow the program, injuries can still occur. But the Level Method offers clear rules and regulations, plus a rock-solid path to improve fast.

Well Rounded Fitness
CrossFit defines “fitness“ as “Work capacity across broad time and modal domains.” A fancy way to say if you can do a lot of different stuff (bike, swim, carry, lift) over a wide range of time frames (short, medium, long) you are fit. We’re here to make you fit, because fitness leads to things like looking great, and feeling great. On a good program, it all happens automatically! And that’s why we focus on well-rounded fitness that emphasizes balance as opposed to specialization.
Think about a marathon runner, how strong will he or she be? Not very. Now think about a powerlifter, how fast will that person run? Not very fast. These are generalizations, of course, but you get the idea.
With the Level Method, we immediately get insight into your strengths and weaknesses, which helps us give you EXACT recommendations on how to become better and more balanced. You’ll literally be able to see a chart, and your coaches will too.
After following our program, and sticking to your customized plan, you’ll develop well-rounded fitness. You’ll be able to travel a long distance, or lift a log off a trapped friend, and do it in time for dinner (and look good doing it, too).

Fitness can be overwhelming and confusing. Most people don’t know what to work on in the gym. They don’t know where to start, and they definitely don’t have real, specific and concrete goals. The Level Method provides a clear path, with incremental steps that lead to Elite levels. If you want to become ‘elite’, you’ll know exactly how to get there, step by step. You’ll be able to define the next level as your goal, and then work to achieve them.
That process, of knowing and then defining your next step, is liberating, motivating and FUN.

All of our classes are professionally coached, which means you’ll always have an expert within reach. Combine that with workouts that are designed and customized just for you and you’ve got an incredibly powerful recipe for success. All your questions will get answered fast, and you’ll always know exactly what to do to get better.
Small Groups and Accountability
Our classes are small, and we have accountability built into our program. We’ll check in with you and help you get back on track if life gets in the way.
Goal Setting, Nutrition & Community
At the end of your Level Method testing we will sit down with you and create a success game plan, so you’ll know exactly what you should be focusing on to make the fastest progress possible.
Our community is full of amazing people, on the same path as you. We have a monthly event that brings everyone together, and the kinds of things we do range from social and fun events, to training workshops and nutrition challenges.
